Coming in Summer 2005. The Good Land Retail
Plaza at U.S. 59/Bissonett, formerly Ninfas Restaurant
Building site is undergoing renovations and new construction
which is set to open soon.
Following a growing trend in the commercial real estate
retail center industry, The Good Land Investment developers
of Houston are converting former Ninfa’s Building of the
5500 square foot stand alone restaurant that sits on over
an acre on the highly commercialized Hwy 59 (southwest
freeway) in Houston into a retail plaza with over 15,000
square-foot.
The 15,000 Square-Foot Good Land Retail Plaza, on Bissonett
at U.S. 59, is schedule to open in the fall of this year.
Retail plaza offers huge, existing structures with the
potential to house multitude of companies, says Steve
Soyebo, Senior Vice-President of Good Land Investments
Group, Good Land Retail Plaza LLC.
This kind of capacity lends it self to Businesses in
need of a stand alone building and other small to medium
size business such as Financial, Tele-Communications,
Insurance, Kolache Factory, Dry Cleaners, Quizno’s Subs,
Papa Johns Pizza, Video-Outlet, Beauty Supply Companies-
our target tenants, “ Steve says”.
Renovations and new construction are underway for the
Building to anchor the retail plaza and create a modern
retail center/plaza, Steve says, State-of –the-art Security
System will be installed upon request by tenants.
Besides catering to the tenant’s need, Good Land retail
plaza will cater to the tenants’ employees as well. The
retail plaza plans to employ courtesy officers to patrol
the building, seven days a week. Numerous parking lot
surveillance cameras, abundant exterior lighting to ensure
a safe working environment, Steve says.
When completed, the Good Land Retail Plaza can house
a number of retail companies. Two companies are expected
to sign a lease to go in the plaza this week, Steve says.
Not only will the retail Plaza be an adornment to the
area, it will create jobs and revamp a part of Houston
that has been overlooked by businesses for too long.
